Tampa and Indy go an entirely different route if we have Jared imo. Maybe may night's game too. Mcvay built the best offense he could for Jared and when Jared struggled in 2019 he put all of his energy into constructing something Jared could handle. But that limited the offense. Stafford is the kinda QB that you can stay aggressive with in tight situations. Jared was the kinda QB who made the key mistake in those times. I don't think anyone needs to be indicted here. Mcvay as a playcaller needed a QB that matches his mentality and philosophy. Stafford is that. Jared was not. But most good playcallers need their match made in heaven
