You end up with a guy who needs to be nursed through practices. Who you cannot count on for the season. But at the same time his raw ability makes you scared to cut him. Cut a guy like that too early and he can make you look stupid somewhere else.
This roster is really good. But we have somehow managed to collect a reasonable amount of injury-prone players. That needs to stop IMO. Hopefully it doesn't bite us this year.
OLB Terrell Lewis made the 53 even with his injury history.
He must have passed his most recent physicals with flying colors.
Obo and Lewis made the 53 in spite of their availability history.
