Obo is going to IR. Since he's on the initial 53-man roster he can be brought back in 3 weeks.
I expect Lawler to make it to the practice squad. (Anyone see a team putting a waiver claim on a 4th year player who missed the 2019 & 2020 seasons? Who, in his career, has 4 tackles, 2 assists, and 0 sacks?) Then, when Obo goes on IR the Rams will promote Lawler.
