Due to the NFL roster rules, any players assigned to the reserve COVID-19 roster do not count against the active roster.
With both punters on reserve COVID-19 list, I believe that the Rams have met their 80-man limit.
But that does mean that if the team intends to activate either Johnny Hekker or Corey Bojorquez back to the active roster, the Rams will need to create an open slot on the roster to do so.
