This is a 2 way street and Wolford is the Rams #2 QB and there is no evidence to bet against it.
Perkins looks to have a high ceiling but Wolford is proven regardless of him never winning a playoff game.
Had he not got injured in the playoff game at Seattle, he could've won that game but we will never know.
