I'd put the brakes on a bit. He was consistently late with his throws. And those windows will be smaller versus starters.
He was impressive for what he is, a third string QB. Wolf played live against starters in a big situations. Big difference for me than this preseason action. Good problem to have.
Perkins definitely has earned a roster spot, non practice squad. Let him keep developing and keep realistic expectations. E
I don't get all the Perkins hype.
Until McVay makes him the #2 QB I'm not buying in.
There is a ton of love for Perkins to unseat Wolford. I don't see it. He's a 3rd stringer in my eyes.
He's legit but he's not better than Wolford.
