everyone in the stadium, and outside the stadium, including me, figured anything that allowed Perkins to use his legs if he had too... and instead? A timing pattern... sure to catch the world off guard, but it didn't. It happens.
Given what Harris had done that game, and the good play of Perkins and not just his legs, I think the call was sound.
As for the throw... not his best, not horrible either... and I agree with you he should have seen the coverage and improvised... that will come. - JamesJM
