How do the Rams keep him otherwise? Wolford to PUP?

Wolford to the PUP list seems for the appendix removal seems like a stretch. Wolford will be ready to play soon. Can the Rams carry 3 QBs? If the Rams try to put Bryce Perkins on the practice squad Seattle OC Shane Waldron would have to be interested. Maybe the Packers and Bengals would be tempted as well. Even though Matt LaFleur and Zac Taylor did not coach Bryce Perkins he is well schooled in their offense despite not having been in camp with either team.
Does Bryce Perkins have more potential as a starter than Wolford? Do you have concerns with Wolford's height or durability?
I liked that McVay let Bryce Perkins play the whole game. I was thinking he should in the second quarter. I think Bryce Perkins should play the whole game next week.
