I like what he's done in his stops prior, from his positional jobs to his interim look. I love the staff he put together of players, in particular Brunell was a brilliant QB hire for Goff. And the guy doesn't have to speak like Shakespeare to get through to the players. He's not a cerebral type in how he comes across but you don't need to be if you know how to gameplan intelligently.
I don't think Campbell is going to have a good season in 2020. But I think if they stick with him and let him build it with that new GM he might win down the road. He's the type of leader guys respond to IMO, the type who get in the foxhole with their guys.
