As far as Diva QB's like Rogers - the start QB's are dictating things because they have leverage. Take away Rogers and the Packers maybe win 6 or 7 games. And put yourself in Aaron's shoes for a minute - you're one of the best that ever played and the last 2 years - while teams like The Saints, Tampa and KC have gone 'all-in' to win it all, your bonehead GM lat year picks a backup QB - who may or may not be a bust - and this year - they grab a corner with the first pick. So now you're again working shorthanded with receiving weapons - trying to carry the team on your back. And why - to lose in the playoffs again? He's got a few years, maybe, to win one more lombardi. I don't care if he's a jerk. Tom Brady, from I've read, can be a demanding jerk too - but you have to respect the desire and passion to win it all.
