We used to criticize McVay for always saying "oh that was on me, I've got to do a better job at putting these guys in better situations" every time he offense failed to put it together. I was one of the many people who started commenting on how it was very fisher-like. Apple now that he finally started vocally exclaiming his criticisms of others it's making us all uncomfortable. I get that maybe goff got a little too much of it, But he certainly isn't one of the first coaches to hold QB's accountable publicly.
