I still think the Rams sign a bridge OC after the draft on a 1 season deal. I have zero interest in Corbett or Allen. Anchrum, I am intrigued by, but not intrigued enough to bet Stafford's health on. If they got Dickerson or Humphrey, then let those 2 start day one and be done with it. But only those 2.
I cannot imagine NB being expensive. He's a known commodity to only the Rams and maybe a few coaches out there that were assistants under McVay. And yes, they could be looking at a new RT. But I could get a RT later on thats a RT. Why spend LT capital to move him to RT immediately? Seems like a reach.
CBs Surtain, Horn, Farley, Newsome and Stokes are long gone IMO. Probably all 1st rounders. So the 3 that stick out in my mind are Samuel Jr., Robinson and Molden. Not a personal fan of Molden, but he other 2 I love. I just have serious doubts they are there. CBs go early and often. This year will be no different.
Of the CBs they have met with, only Samuel Jr. is a 2nd day talent I believe. But I agree, its telling, they are looking for a CB somewhere.
In my mind it sure feels like Samuel and Meinerz are the frontrunners right now.
