On the newer chart ([https://www.drafttek.com/NFL-Trade-Value-Chart-Rich-Hill.asp]Rich Hill chart[/url]), the rams pick is worth 96 points. The Raiders' 79 and 121 are worth 57 and 25 (82 points). I doubt though that they would throw in a third pick without the rams sending one back. Perhaps LV sending a 5 #167 (9 points) and the rams sending a 6 #209 (3 points). Vegas also has 162 (10 points). The 2 for 3, 4, and 5 is more equitable in terms of value but often the issue is supply and demand - who wants the trade more gets the better value.
I've been curious about the difference between the two charts so I evaluated every 2nd and 3rd round trade of 2020.
Short story? There were 8 trades and the traditional chart was closer on 6 of them; two of them were exact matches. Rich Hill's chart was closer on 2 of the trades with one an exact match. On half the trades both charts were very close - i.e. trade values for the teams were within 5%.
