I've been thinking about this. I'm not against the pick at all. In fact I think it would be great. However thinking about how the rams have approached the draft in recent years they tend to draft for next year rather than this year. So with that thought in mind and the lack of movement at the center spot I think they have an internal replacement for blythe which is likely either corbett or Anchrum. If true I'm not sure they draft another iol high. So I'm thinking they draft a replacement for AW. My guess is Radnuz or Little or Brown.
Since they do tend to focus on development and draft at least a year in advance, the lack of movement at center AND Snead's comments about the drawbacks of a rookie starting suggest that they have an internal solution.
It could be Allen, Anchrum, or Corbett.
I also see future LT as near the top of the list they will focus on.
That's the agreement part. I do think though they will draft IOL because after this season Corbett, Noteboom, Shelton, and Allen will all be free agents. There is a reason they've met with Meinerz twice. They need to restock the IOL shelf for next year even if a 2021 draftee isn't called upon to start.
