So in response the Niners are forced into making a bold move to counter, and to try and catch up with their 3 NFC West competitors at the QB position. Never easy and it involves risk. And drafting a QB high, and using a lot of draft capital to get there, is the riskiest of business. But, what else were they going to do when Watson took a nose dive off the high board onto concrete.
