More recent charts give greater weight to second and third round picks (which increase the trade value of future 1s).
Rich Hill trade value chartWith this chart the 3rd picks is worth 514.33 and the 11th is worth 357.62. The third round comp pick is worth around 37 (not sure what pick it is). Leaving 120 points. If SF goes to the playoffs then their 1st next year is no more than 115 with a round devaluation. If they make it to the round of 8 than it is worth say 85. That leaves 15 points. The 1st in 23 is downgraded to a 3rd round equivalent but the lowest 3rd rounder is a 39.4. So on this chart they gave up a bit more than what the value of the 3rd pick of the draft is worth.
