Just my opinion.
They're already playing with fire by outright changing their signal caller.
Granted Matt appears to be a very fine QB, but McVay's offensive group may not tolerate an overhaul to get under the cap.
Add to it the number of times I've seen Woods haul in the impossible, make the magic block, or make the superb adjust isn't going to be replaced by some FA.
