Personally, I find it hard not to respect/like McVay as a coach and a person. I'm not deifying him, but love that he is our coach. He seems to to self aware, humble and driven. Can see why players love playing for him. Plus, 43 regular season wins, 3 playoff appearances, 3 playoff wins and a trip to the SB. Our floor now seems to be making the playoffs. We may never reach the highest of the GOST, but think we have a chance to become a top flight professional sports organisation.
