I see Jefferson being more or a skill replacement to Woods then Kupp & Woods brings less dead money and more cap savings, but I also think he would fetch less in trade stock. Woods is also less of a injury risk than Kupp.

Woods fetching less in trade stock and being less of an injury risk than Kupp is why Kupp may be the one they trade.

Personally, I've proposed them trading one as an idea that I don't know if they'll consider. But if they were considering it, I feel they would quietly shop both, trade the one they get the best offer on, and keep the other.

IMO, Jefferson could fill either Woods' or Kupp's role.
