that is... working within the framework of 'windows' of opportunity... I think the Ram's are attempting to keep the window open perpetually. I don't think they have an 'all in' for this moment philosophy.... even if things turn out to have been exactly that.
It IS an all-in thing but it applies to every year, and what they do today occurs WITH due consideration for tomorrow. - JamesJM
