The Rams were 4-12 in 2016 with Fisher as HC.
The Rams were 11-5 in 2017 with McVay as HC.
And yes, there was talent on the roster in 2016. But that talent apparently wasn't being utilized. I mean, if Fisher had stayed on I doubt the Rams would have won 11 games in 2017. And they certainly wouldn't have been the #1 scoring offense in the league!
