Center (obvious), Playmaker with speed at WR - doesn't have to be polished route runner or blocker - just a field stretcher. One or 2 blocking TE's. At least one that can play H-Back too. Upgrade at inside LB. Kiser, Reeder, and Young are good depth guys and maybe Howard comes back and can start. But really need some playmaking at that spot.
Other than that - we have talent and depth and good coaching (well, except for special teams). No reason we can't challenge for the division next year.
