Keep in mind Az was hurting today. Their star qb was totally ineffective due to his injury and was on the sideline for a lot of the game-or in the training room. Their HOF receiver Fitzgerald did not play. I believe Goff would have run up the score, if healthy. If he is healthy and the Rams choose Wolford to start against Seattle I will be shocked but will be a little more comfortable than I was when Wolford threw his first pass. Just as teams are figuring out how to play Goff they will do the same with Wolford. What any of us need is to see Wolford in several games. By that time it's my opinion we won't be seeing him running around like Josh Allen or Wison and others.
The argument for Wolford starting over a healthy Goff, after one game, is nothing more than recency bias. Recency bias gives "greater importance to the most recent event. Like the guy who lives in Minnesota and every winter experiences 100 ft of snow. So one summer he goes out and buys a 4 wd vehicle. The following winter -no snow-. His response: "I never should have bought that 4WD. "
Bottom line here is that the entire Ram hierarchy is smarter than the sit Goff start Wolford posters here. In the future, maybe, but not after one game.
