The latter and I would upgrade OL primary. DE secondary.
Weapons can be found to add speed later in draft. I do believe there is available QB talent far cheaper than Goff with intriguing potential and needing development but that is McVay's challenge to answer the big questions we all have. Could we be better with a more versatile QB in our system. I am intrigued by Perkins on our roster. I would alway look for prospects each year at QB in the draft.
I have been on record in the past saying I believe if Goff and Dak were swapped both teams might benefit as well as each QB become a better fit with what each team has in place.
I really like Goff. I really love our team but as long as Goff is hear and McVay is perceived as our QB who wins games and Goff is the one who loses them I wish the kid a better home and let the truth speak for itself. I just don't want a QB fire sale with us fanning the flames only to be doused with humiliation when we find we cannot replace the one we abandoned.
