Wow what a trip as the other night my sons and I were watching the 71 Rams and I explained to them what a Great Draft the Rams had that yr and the 71 Rams were similar to this Rams Team as it was in a transition also. They Finished 8-5-1 they swept the whiners that yr which was quite common back in those days but the loss on MNF to Washington pretty much cost them the Playoffs. Under the current Playoff format the 71 Rams would have easily made the Playoffs. But that Draft that yr pretty much set the Rams up to Dominate the NFC West thru the 70s. GO RAMS !
