Seriously, I see BOTH points. I think it is a problem with today's "MODERN" form of "communication".............via the internet. There is no way to sense tone. The fore mentioned is a HUUUUUUGE reason why this country is so divided on everything else.
Thanks Gator. IMO, it's a generational thing. Ask younger kids if they use the word "hater" and most will say yes and it's an acceptable term and are not offended if someone called them a hater. In the context I used it would be the same as "consistent critic" with the word "consistent" being they key word.
I agree it is a "MODERN" form of "communication" problem that can be mis-read by "older" people, which I am one BTW, so I am not dissing older people. lol
When you hear a younger person tell someone they look "sick", it actually means they look good, not "ill". Remember when we used the word "bad" when referring to something that looked "good"? Our parents were so confused...just like our kids are with us! lol
Anyway, the point of the post is obvious. Goff doesn't get the respect he deserves by the media, writers and fans. I didn't create that form (found it on Reddit ) so obviously there are others who agree.
Goff is the least of our problems IMO.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
