Down 37-35 with like 4 minutes to play, the Rams actually looked like the team in the lead and burned 2 minutes on 3 plays with the 3rd down play, buck pointing out that the Rams just got the play off before the delay of game.
When you watch the video, the entire series was mass confusion and McVay was trying to control Goff like a puppet instead of just letting him play in the moment.
This has been repeated more than once. The Rams actually seem to slow down when time is an element instead of a functional hurryup.
