If the NFL plays this season without fans the cap for 2021 could well be in the $175M to $185M range instead of the $215M shown on overthecap.com. But if 2021 season is back to normal then the cap estimate for 2022 would still be $227.5M, and the rest of the equation holds true.

What percentage of the cap comes from stadium/gameday revenue?

Because of course if there are no fans in the stands that just means more watching the games on tv.
