What I did was more of an experiment than a mock draft ... but when the Rams were on the clock at 52 all of your numbers 1 thru 29 were gone so Diggs was the best player left from your original 250 and the next highest guy was your number 40 (Van Jefferson).
In real life I'm sure the Rams would have traded out of that spot with someone that actually wanted Diggs. If I was actually doing a mock I'd have done something like this: #52 for Baltimore's #60 and #106 or Cincy's #65, #107, & #180 and taken Hennessy instead of Diggs.
