I just don't see them letting Fowler and Littleton go, they will keep one and possibly try to squeeze them both in somehow someway...it's easier to find cap space than great players.

You may be right about retaining one of Fowler or Littleton, R2K. Then again, the new DC Staley might want to go in a different and less expensive direction on D. Who knows? We do know that the ‘20 Ram D will look different than Wade’s ‘19 D no matter which players stay or go.

I think that it’s entirely possible that the Rams feel that they can replace both players with shrewd FA/draft replacements and/or players already on the roster and still have money left over for other desired extensions or 2nd tier FA’s. Frankly, I think the FA market will make both players unaffordable to the top heavy Rams.

Just depends on how the Ram brain trust strategizes how best to improve the team overall. This could go in so many different directions.
