Evans was 3rd round.
Right. So four guys, with half of them being new. Not a huge sample size.
And definitely not enough to say Snead is not good at drafting linemen as I've seen posted.
And besides, here's another reminder that it is NEVER *just* Snead. As has been said (and proven) many times, he's not an uberlord GM, he's a collaborative GM. So on OL picks he would work some with the head coach and coordinator, and a LOT with the OL coach. OL coaches are very invested in this process.
So let's break down Rams OL draft picks by regime. I always said btw that Boudreau was not good at picking them...he was better at coaching up young "ronin" (ie. castoffs with developmental possibilities).
Hits in blue, misses in red. Injured means a "miss." A player is a hit if he is starting in the league, regardless whether it is with the Rams. Just being on a squad doesn't count. Even a rookie can count as a starter if he is playing well and genuinely looks to be in the team's plans.
Too soon to tell = orange. Special case = green...can't count as a hit.

The thing that’s really frustrating from Rams standpoint is,
they felt Noteboom and Allen were progressing. It would have been a lot easier, moving forward, had they gotten a full-season’s look at them – the growth, whatever progression/regression/plateau. They won’t have that
