Max, I like your enthusiasm, and you're right - a lot of good to great OL get drafted after the 1st round. The problem is Snead is poor at drafting OL. Havenstein is his big get. The rest of his OL picks (with a possible exception of Noteboom, MAAYYBBEE), are bombs.

The guy's not bad at picking DB's, & DL. Beyond that, he's living off FA pickups, where his record is better.
