Also, I love the coaching staff that McVay has assembled at Rams Park. They are not yellers and screamers. They are "TEACHERS". They let you learn the position, then go EARN the position through hard work and preparation. Knowing your assignments and not making mental mistakes.
McVay is the master at that............His players do not make MENTAL MISTAKES.
