You know, because journalists in all walks have long ago given up credibility in return for sensationalism and Fake News, when I hear this kind of stuff I take it with about 5 pounds of salt.
The Packers is a large organization with players of different personalities and points of view who come and go. It's easy to cherry pick those who have a bone to pick with a player, coach, or FO type and downplay the vast majority who don't.
Think this article would have any traction if it was all about how the Packers organization was pure heaven? Nope. Negative is what it's all about today.
I'm not saying that some of it isn't true to some degree (I sure have no insight).
But when I read something as damning as this, and am expected to believe that this has gone on for years under the radar? Nope. I just don't buy what I think is hyperbole to get attention.
No doubt, losing fuels unhappiness and unrest. But to paint Rodgers as essentially Cutler squared? Or McCarthy as some kind of blithering idiot who knows little to nothing about modern offensive football? Please.
The former TEAM MEMBERS HE TALKED TO painted Rodgers and McCarthy that way.
Not the writer.
There is fake news. And there's also people who try to dismiss real stories by crying "fake news."
