I find it hard to believe that McCarthy did not know much about offensive football.
I can believe that Rodgers has (or has) a BIG EGO.
I'm going to read it all again because I think it's intriguing to know that football teams operate like this behind the scenes. It's the side of football the FANS have no idea about what goes on in the building and locker room.
