It's possible Florida that you are completely right that Kiser will not be better than an average pro ILB but yet he could still meet our needs.
Wade typically uses very inexpensive vets (like Ramik Wilson) or late round draft choices to start at ILB in his scheme. It's not a high priority position in his scheme. So honestly, we shouldn't be expecting and neither do we need a high quality player at that position.
I never said he was only going to be an average ILB. I said based on 4 game small sample size dz. I said a fan needs to watch at least 10 games of every snap so I have 6 more to go for his 2017 season. Even that may not be enough as the Rams have watched his entire career etc..
I know all about Wade's history of LB's.I think Ramik Wilson could be a sleeper and he's a veteran that's played snaps in this league.
Wilson, a fourth-round draft pick in 2015, spent three seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs as a part-time starter, but his playing time dwindled last season, when he appeared in eight games and started four.
The Chiefs did not tender a contract to Wilson this month, which made him an unrestricted free agent. It’s not known how much his deal with the Rams is worth, although at least for now, it is presumed that he will have a chance to compete for a spot with significant playing time.
Wilson, listed at 6-foot-2, 237 pounds, was a part-time contributor as a rookie in 2015, then had his best season in 2016, when he started 11 games and recorded 76 tackles and forced one fumble.
Wilson, 25, started two of the Chiefs’ first three games last season, but then was inactive for five consecutive games in the middle of the season. Wilson finished with 16 tackles in eight games.

I put much more stock in Ramik Wilson getting more snaps and being a bigger contributor over Micah Kiser in 2017.
I still have more tape to watch of Kiser but after 4 games, I doubt Kiser gets as many snaps as Wilson in his rookie season if both are healthy going into the regular season.
Just speaking from armchair experience dz. nothing more buddy.
