In addition to Alyo's point of only needing solid starters, there's no reason that Pro Bowls should be the standard. You can be a good player without a Pro Bowl appearance. Pro Bowl to me indicates someone closer to an elite player.
IMO, there is a gap between "decent" player and Pro Bowler. I'd say that Kupp and JJ3 are both good players and fit in between that gap.
TJM and J. Brown are decent players aka solid starters in the 3rd round.
TruJ, Kupp, and JJ3 are a step above and should be considered good players.
If by the term "good" you're talking about elite or near elite then I agree with you.
This is all my opinion and definitely not something I'm gonna get into a long debate about.
