the thing is, you can get decent players in the 3rd, but Rams have had drafted 3 Pro Bowl players in 3rd and 4th round since 1991—Incognito and Leonard Little and Cogs made his Pro Bowls after we cut him. The third was a special teamer, Pharoh Cooper... that's 66 players drafted , 6 Pro Bowls total

average your Pro Bowlers, your good players come in top two rounds
Since 1991 when Rams took a guy in 1-2 rounds we've had 61 picks and a total of 43 Pro Bowls among 14 players, and that does not even include guys like Chris Long and other really good guys that didn't get to Pro Bowl.
So, the GOOD players come from 1st and 2nd round
