I can't throw the first stone.
That's for sure.
I can be an argumentative person. I know that about myself.
But in my better moments, I remember that some of the people I love the most are people that think differently than me.
People that have made mistakes.
People that have forgiven me for my mistakes.
I never worked in a place where there weren't some knuckleheads.
I didn't quit. It was my job and I was taking care of myself and my career and my family.
So why would I want to quit my team if there are a few knuckleheads?
And am I really a better person than they are?
And some people that I didn't get along with for a long time became my friends.
And it rotated my viewpoint on what really divided us to begin with.
I'm not saying everything is relative. Far from it. I believe in truth.
But I also believe humans are so flawed that we have to leave some room for personal humility and space to consider whether we really know all the truth.
So Talib, and Peters, and Suh are in the family now.
And as a fan, I'll live with their imperfections like I live with my own.
And wish them the best, and celebrate success with them, and hope that we all grow.
Maybe post of the year Sag! Well said and it says a lot about the kind of person you are. Much respect my Ram brother!!
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
