There was a time when you said it didn’t help them win Super Bowls.
Interesting
I remember no such time.
Of course it helped them, IF they had tape on the teams concerned...how could it not.
\
I do remember.
How do we go back 10 years on these posts? I can't figure that out.
Well I don't remember that. All I know is that they had signals so it must have been some advantage. There was also things said before this about hwo the Patz offense seemed clued in against the Rams and against Carolina.
Doesn't conclusively mean that';s why they won. But it must have contributed, if in fact they had info those teams.
I remember it well.
You made an argument that Belichick knowing the signals was practically negligible in beating the Rams.
That’s why I’m surprised by your current position.
It’s all good. People change their minds over time.
Lol. I remember no such thing.
But it does explain why we're not communicating.
You keep responding to your assumptions about what is being said instead of to the actual statements.
For example, in this sub-exchange, I didn't say a single word about whether or not the Patz cheating had a big or small impact on the outcome.
And btw with the Rams it was not signals, it was practices. Specifically the red zone offense. Martz himself btw said that when they went off script and began improvising instead of sticking to a predetermined plan, the Rams fared better in that game.
