There are a lot of people out there who hate winners. They hate winners in any sport. I don't think people hate the Patriots because they are cheaters. I think they hate them because they are winners and most of the haters either wish they were them or wish that they rooted for a team like them. I hope that some day people despise the Rams just as much as some people despise the Patriots. If it happens, it means that the Rams are successful and they have become winners. The Patriots are just better than everyone. They got caught cheating with spygate, etc trying to gain an advantage. They cheated. That cheating (that most teams probably try to do too but nobody cares about it because they aren't very good) didn't result in all of this winning. Great coaches and great players are the reason that they have won so much. To think otherwise just isn't right in my opinion. I don't think the Belichick legacy or the Brady legacy will be about cheating. It will be about championships because I don't think that the cheating incidents gave them an advantage that lasted over a decade and and were major factors in them sustaining such a high level of play over the years. Just my opinion.
