In an ideal situation this is just how I'd do it, personally, given health, youth, etc. But honestly, when I think about it I totally get sitting Goff. If you're not going to play Whitworth/Saffold/Sullivan (which is smart) I would not trot Goff out there unless all you're going to have him do is hand off or throw a few very quick passes. To me him sitting Goff is almost 100% about that. I'm not having my starting QB take 7-step drops with Murphy at OT and Blythe at C.
