I'm sure McVay's eventually going to have to tone it down a bit. Bring on the coach-speak.
Parcells also had a blonde talented young QB (Simms) and a taller, smarter, calmer, less-talented second string QB (Brunner). He chose Brunner as his starter that first year. Did it help Simms grow, or was it just stupidity? I think it helped Simms mature.
