When the Rams take off it will be with a roster full of players drafted and developed from 2012-2016. Far more than most teams that undergo regime changes. For example in year 3 when he finally started winning, Carroll's Seattle team had a total of 3 starters who were already on the roster when he took over. The Rams in 2019 will be nothing like that. They will have several starters who were on the roster before 2017.
My own argument is always that that regime would have done just fine if they didn't have a normandy beach level casualty list in 2 key units.
That's just my vote. Not trying to sway anyone.
Having said that I am also completely aboard with the new regime.
