(and not aimed at you at all LMU, I'm just using your post as an attachment point for my own), but it seems to me that for about a decade I've been seeing posts on this board about how
big cap space is just around the corner for the Rams.
About how smart the Rams are to front load their deals because even tho it makes the cap look tight in the present, wow! is it going open up for them next year!
Or as soon as this or that dead money rolls off next year, or the year after, THEN boy oh boy are we going to have cap space.
And it never seems to get here.
