Some complain about Snead and Demoff being incompetent yet want them to just PAY THE MAN without doing their job and using the leverage they have...

He will get paid, but I have no problem if the Rams use the leverage they have and get him to agree to a reasonable deal with all things considered.

They "may" have leverage NOW but AD playing on a crap team and WIDELY recognized as one of the top 1-2 defensive player sin football... I wouldn't get too cute because this has the potential to blow up in their face a la Jenkins 2.0...
