Also, how can you determine other effects his sacks and disruption have on the opposition such as knocking their timing off or causing them to change their game plan etc?

But based on point differentials and the defenses standing in related categories, its a safe assumption that they weren't that impactful.
Plus as Davis mentioned your job as a defensive player is to turn the ball over and Donald doesn't do that.
