Even a starter on one team, might be only depth on another team.
Is a starter equal to an All-Pro player?
We have had starters on recent Rams teams who were cut and couldn't find jobs.

It is so difficult to assess these terms. I'm not finding fault. I'm saying that in the end, the true measure of drafts and every level of player acquisition is wins and championships.

So for me to have faith that Snead is going to find players that lead us to wins and championships would require my refusing to see the results. Of course one could say it is all the coaches' fault. But typically it all works together. Which is why winning, and especially winning championships, in the NFL is a delicate balance. A lot of pieces on a number of levels have to come together.

So far, for me, the evidence for Snead isn't good. But since he was directly tied to Fisher, there is the slightest bit of wiggle room.
I hope I'm wrong, and I hope that the problem lies primarily with the coaching.
