I bet we have ENTIRELY different ideas as to why the record turned out the way it did.
I am not a "record is be all and end all" kind of guy.
I think a record is a question, not an answer, and that 2 different teams could have the same record for entirely different reasons.
I know this is the point where someone comes along and quotes Parcells's tired cliche about records. To me it's beside the point. I am interested in the whys and how comes (granting that 2 different people could reasonably differ about the whys and how comes).
Anyway, yeah...I bet if we listed our reasons for the record, we would each stress completely different things.
