Btw this is not to disregard your premis but by way of an answer deferred. Goff's blame and a summary evaluation of him comes from being so young so inexperienced and so contradictory preparation for the NFL.
Is he in an ideal or well coordinated system with working parts? Clearly not.
His play and performance is a sum of our current parts and investment.
There is enough promise and character in this kid to at least be optimistic that a well coordinated restructuring of our coaching staff and talent acquisition and a system built around the skills and ability of our QB and players will bring an immediate uplift and provide you with a much wanting point of reference.
I think there will be more hope and expectations set next year if we get the right HC and other needed corrections and changes.
